nut butter sprouted hemp

Sprouted bread is really the secret to the nutrient success of this recipe (umm recipe should really be in quotation marks here) because it is rich in fiber, protein as well as vitamins and minerals. The sprouting process unlocks all of the nutrient wonderfulness so that you can enjoy your bread and eat it too. And digest it easier.

Ingredients
  1. 1 slice sprouted grain bread
  2. 1 tbsp of your favourite nut or seed butter (no sugar or salt added)
  3. 1 tbsp hemp hearts
Instructions
  1. Toast your bread
  2. Slather on your nut/seed butter
  3. Top with hemp hearts
  4. Bonus: serve with a green juice
