Raspberry Beet Smoothie

Sprouts are extremely nutrient dense. They have a higher biological efficiency value than their non-sprouted counterparts, which allows you to eat less food with more nutrients reaching your blood and cells.

Before the sprouting process, the nutrients are locked inside the whole grain, nut or seed. They contain enzyme inhibitors that make the grains harder to digest and even steal nutrients from the foods you eat with your grains, nuts, and seeds.

By sprouting, you dramatically increase your nutrient intake (some as much as 500%) and improve your digestion

Any sprouts will do in this smoothie recipe, but you’ll have to drop one of the Reds from the title 😉
