Ingredients
  1. 1 cup coconut milk
  2. 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  3. 1 cup kale
  4. 1 tsp MCT oil
  5. 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Add MCT oil and protein powder and give a quick pulse
  3. Top with hemp hearts
