I couldn’t decide which combo was better: peanut butter and chocolate or peanut butter and banana. So I didn’t. Truth be told, I’m a pretty indecisive person. Today you benefit from my indecisiveness and get a triple-flavoured cookie that is actually pretty healthy for a treat. In fact, you can get away with having these for breakfast. Cut the calorie counting AND the guilt-ridden feelings around your food, especially the treats.

  1. 4 bananas
  2. 1 cup PB/or nut butter of your choice
  3. 2 cups rolled oats
  4. 2 cups coconut
  5. 1-3 tsp pure vanilla extract (I'm heavy handed!)
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 1/2 cup apple sauce
  8. 1/4 cup xylitol (optional)
  9. 1/2 cup cocoa
  10. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
  11. 1 cup hemp hearts
  12. 1 cup sunflower seeds
  13. 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  14. 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  15. 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
  16. 1 tbsp maca (optional)
  17. 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 340F.
  2. Mix all ingredients altogether.
  3. Let sit for 20-60 min.
  4. Use ice cream scoop and form into nice cookies
  5. Bake for 20 min.
