Did you grow up thinking Brussels sprouts were the vegetable you wouldn’t wish upon your worst enemy? Me too. Until I tried them roasted. Give Brussels sprouts a second chance with this recipe and I promise you’ll thank me.

Maple Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  1. 1lb. Brussels sprouts
  2. 2 tbsp avocado oil
  3. 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  4. 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  5. 1/2 tsp pink salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Trim ends of sprouts and slice in half lengthwise
  3. Toss all ingredients together and spread sprouts on a baking sheet
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
