Cacao Pear Oatmeal

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  2. 1/4 cup large flake rolled oats
  3. 1 pear, roughly chopped
  4. 2 tbsp raisins
  5. 1 tbsp cacao, raw
  6. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  7. 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Open can of coconut milk and stir to mix water in, if separated
  2. Add all ingredients to small saucepan and stir
  3. You may need to add some water depending on how thick you like your oatmeal
  4. Cover, bring to boil and then bring to a simmer
  5. Stir occasionally while simmering and cook for 10-15 minutes
