Email support. 

Many questions come up on this journey and I am here to clarify, support and motivate. Having special access to receive answers within 24 hours keeps you moving forward on your journey.

This package gives your clarity so you don’t feel overwhelmed with all the changes to be made and eliminates the decision paralysis that has been preventing you from starting.

One or two sessions does not do anybody any good and I want you to succeed long term, not just be excited about your new plan and focused for a few weeks until you fall back into the comfort of your old ways.
